Dr. (Arc) Hyacinth Okeke is a Director of e-Barcs Microfinance Bank Ltd. He has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Architecture from the University of Nigeria and a Doctor of Science in Construction Management. Dr. (Arc.) Hyacinth Okeke worked with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing where he rose to the position of a Director before retiring from service in 2004.

He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Homes and Environment Associates, Amor Dei West Africa Ltd and other companies. Dr. (Arc.) Hyacinth Okeke has a Doctor of Science Degree in Construction Management and a world class architect with extensive experience. He is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Architects, African Union of Architects, and International Union of Architects. A Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International, Fellow of FPO, and a Doctor Science in Construction Management.

He has been a Director of e-Barcs Microfinance Bank Ltd for over 9 years. He is married and is blessed with children.
