Moshood is a thoroughbred and versatile Banking Operations, Retail Sales, Project Management, Process Engineering and Customer Service Professional with 25years experience spanning four Nigerian Banks (namely Diamond Bank, Broad Bank, Finbank and FCMB) and Globacom in the Telecoms Industry.

He was at different stages of his banking career responsible for game changing process initiatives and operations re-engineering not only within his bank but for the financial services industry at large, working with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), while he was the executive secretary of the committee of Heads of Banking Operations of Nigeria (CHBO) for about 12years.

He served meritoriously on several CBN-inspired committees that championed and implemented several Industry initiatives including but not limited to Cash-less program, shared services, cash management and CIT operations, E-dividend, cheque truncation BVN implementation amongst several others.

He is a strong advocate and champion of digital transformation and process re-engineering in the financial services industry, as a tool for effective service delivery and customer experience management.

He holds an MBA from the Alliance Business School of the University of Manchester, UK, Post graduate certificate in project management from the Robert Kennedy College/University of Wales and BSc Hons Biochemistry University of Lagos.

He is a member of faculty for CIBN, FITC amongst several other training programs for the Banking Industry.

He has attended several notable courses and seminars locally and abroad.

Moshood is happily married with kids, and a member of the prestigious Ikoyi Club 1938 Lagos where he plays active Tennis and Golf.
